Lifeskills Snack Cart awarded to Ms. Montasr at Ridgedale Middle School

This grant enhances LLD classroom's successful life skills snack cart program by acquiring a new portable snack cart and a dedicated cash register. This initiative is crucial for providing students with vital, real-world instruction in communication, organization, collaboration, time management, and functional math skills, including calculator operation and making change. The new equipment will further empower students to practice taking and fulfilling orders, handling money, and applying essential social skills as they circulate the school 2-3 times per week, fostering independence and preparing them for future success.

A Life Skills Snack Cart and cash register were awarded to Ms. Montasr’s Classroom.
