The Perseverance Playground: Fostering Grit & Problem-Solving

This FPEF grant introduces a flexible learning area designed to normalize struggle and celebrate effort. Equipped with high-interest, brain-teasing puzzles and hands-on tools, the Perseverance Playground gives students opportunities to practice resilience, goal-setting, and flexible thinking. By engaging with challenging tasks individually, in pairs, or as a full class, students develop key social-emotional skills like communication, self-reflection, and persistence that directly enhance their daily academic learning.
